and someone brought Krispy kremes into the office so i thought I had better get back to the gym. Oh my word my legs are on fire!! 1 mile at 2.7miles per hour on an incline (only a little one). Then another quarter of a mile and only half the blooming calories of the doughnut burned off! I need to start going more regularly...

I suppose and I was surprised I managed it, half a mile in I thought I wouldn't. Not sure if anyone else finds what when exercising the first 5-10 minutes are the worst and its like your body adjusts a little and it doesn't seem quite so bad. Maybe I am imagining it!
Its called WILL POWER marieWF,, Get on the crosstrainer that is great for thirty mins,, then on to the multi gym thirty mins,,then some press ups and sqauts, thirty of each,,then back on the crosstrainer for another thirty mins,,you will have no problems then...When i wake up in the morning after that wee dream i am shattered and go back to sleep..
I find the first 10 mins start and finish are hardest for me. As for doughnuts don't even think of it. I was chatting on my phone earlier to day and had a slice of lemon ice layer cake after the phone call I realised I had eaten 3/4 of the cake can't even remember eating it just cutting of little pieces at a time. What a b..... waist of calories.
I wish I could even start to do excercises.I tried chair excercises at BE two weeks ago .lasted 5-6 minutes. I know if I do do them I will be foolish because I have too much wrong with my body.
Ohh, a Krispy Creme donut, how delicious! I used to love the Boston cream ones! As for exercising, I totally agree that the first five to ten minutes are the hardest...then my body kind of accepts this is for real and I'm not going to stop lol so it says "ok, you really wanna do this? Lets go......" And I'm able to walk better for a while til it then says "You've gotta be kidding, I've had enough, lets to home and eat cake now...." Lol
