As a foot note on my specialists letter to my doctor he has written that there is a small caviatory lesion at the right apex for which I will require a further CT scan in 3 months. Does anyone know what this is?

This is probably something to do with the Bronchiectasis then. I do wish I had asked more questions when I was diagnosed last month, but I think I was in shock.It is hard to get your head around when you have just been told you have COPD and Bronchiectasis and that there is no cure.Leaves even a previously intelligent woman feeling stupid.
