Flare up after steroids ?

The last twice I have been prescribed a 5 day course of steroids for my Nasal polyps my asthma is great little symptoms and dont have to use my blue inhaler at all just Fostair and Montelukast,

Both times 4 weeks after finishing the course I have had a bad asthma flare up has anyone else had this or have thoughts on it x
