I have been on symbicort for many years now, I perhaps am lucky, but never had headaches my issue is mouth ulcers. Hope you get sorted soon. Try looking at The BNF british national formulatery. Type in drug you want to check it will come up, you could always try typing asthma steroid based inhalers, good luck.

Do u rinse mouth/ gargle ea time u use it,and wash/ sterilise spacer as needed

Yes i do rinse my mouth, but my inhaler can't be used with spacer. I can't use ventolin.
