I have mild bronchitis and emphysema, I have been using a flutter valve with only little use in getting phlegm up, saw physio last week and she said to try the above, has anyone else used this and found it helpful? Could this be prescribed under a prescription I wonder thank you, had both my flu and covid jabs yesterday and feel terrible this morning 🙁

Hi

I use aerobika chamber really helps tho not necessarily instantly as my mucus generally gathers at base of lungs so takes a while to work itself up. It was prescribed in same way you get aerochambers prescribed. I do saline neb first then use the aerobika
