I was diagnosed with non specific asthma 2 years ago at 69. My type starts with a tickle in the throat, coughing and sadly incontinence. My dad a smoker had cold.

The Asthma UK website is very good for information about asthma. This link takes you to the page that has information on the various types of the disease. asthmaandlung.org.uk/condit...
Who knows? ... hundreds maybe thousands
They believe I have a "mucus producing phenotype" and when I had a quick look there appears to be hundreds of sub-types of those and there where tons of other "phenotypes"
