Hi! It is a long time since I was last here. I have been so well for so long which makes me forget to look. I am still well bar a few hiccups.
My issue is with my Asthma action plan. My surgery now puts them online somewhere, and I cannot find mine, any of them for the last 2-3-4 years. I will raise it with the surgery later today. Does anyone else have these issues?

Just had my review and received a link to download the updated asthma plan. My asthma nurse said that the link becomes redundant after a couple of weeks so important to download on receipt. I've saved mine to my drive, but there are other options.
Thank you to you both. I never received a link, and not sure one was sent. I miss the days we got paper copies, but I will ask when I pop in to the surgery today.
An asthma plan sets out how to manage your asthma, when things are good, deteriorating and bad.
To me, it is essential for managing my asthma. When my asthma is bad and my brain is mush, I will read it, as it tells me what to do. I keep it on the fridge mainly.
It is also useful to show medics who are unfamiliar with you, or anyone who helps you. I sometimes quote it to an unhelpful GP receptionist.
You should really have an asthma plan and I would ask your asthma medic to do one for you.
I was sent a link for my Asthma Review to my phone by text to fill in, but I couldn't fill it in and they sent me a paper copy! I'm not great with I-phones and as we live in a rural area, the signal is intermittent.
Thank you! Yes, it’s great! But you never know when things can get harder again. I haven’t had a cold in four years, though I do mix with people from all over. So far so good! I have had covid twice. I hope you are good, too!
