Anyone on Fostair 109/6? What dose are you on?

Currently on 1 puff twice a day. Haven’t had a flare up in years apart from last month where i think I had Covid. Feeling fine now but Gp wants to increase to two puffs twice a day. Concerned this is a high dose. Might try one puff in morning two puffs at night to see how I get on gradually.

What is everyone else on and is your asthma moderate or severe?

I’m currently on fostair 100/6 x2 puffs morning and night and as reliever (MART regime), but my asthma is not well controlled at the moment.

Maybe talk to your GP about why they want to increase your dose, your concerns and what the plan is for reducing back down. It may just be a temp measure to get you over this flare up.

I'm on 200/6 2 puffs twice a day... 4 puffs of 100 I believe is considered a "moderate dose"
