Feeling anxious

I think its important to understand that feeling anxious can effect your health. So if you are worried about something speak to your family or GP. I’d like to suggest speak to Social Services but from my own experiences with them and the council I feel you maybe disappointed. In the meantime be positive, have a cup of tea and if the weathersbnice go out for a walk or watch some TV
