Been on symbicort for years doesn't seem to be worki g now. Nurse suggesting a hange to Voater inhalef. What are the reviews on people using this inhaler,

Hi Lel 1

Symbicort is a long acting inhaler not for quick relief. Am& or pm. 12 hours apart. You may find that having a puffin blue inhaler first it may work for you. But the best bet is to get your Respiratory Consultant to look at why it's not working for you. Hope this helps you to make a decision.

That's really interesting. I was told to take Symbicort after my asthma worsened. I was told if it stabilised for 12 weeks I would be given my previous inhaler which was Qvar.I hope you do find the right inhaler for you. There seem to be so many around now.

Hi, Lel1, I'm Mez 1. Just curious , did you use any other , type of inhalers before , you took symbicort.?
