Morning everyone. Just a quick update before going to work. I had my appointment yesterday with the asthma nurse and she was lovely everything seems a little clearer now. My inhaler technique was wrong and I know about peak flow and what my levels should be I have asthma plan. I also know that on my last post I should have phoned an ambulance. She gave me a tablet to take at night montelukast so hopefully i should get some better sleep. She explained what the shaking maybe on a morning it could be my fostair I go back to see her at the end of the month if the shaking has not stopped she will change my inhaler. Thanks everyone for all your support and advice what a lovely bunch of people you all are.
