Just tried to order new filter for Electriq one, £25! Whole thing only cost about £30, may as well buy a new one, ridic!esp. as they say change filter every 3-6 months-nice little earner for them!😡

Hi fraud. I have a Dyson - their filters are about £50! BUT when my remote broke and I spoke to customer services at the end of the conversation the man said not to forget to wash my filters. Apparently you can rinse in cold water and let them air dry. Maybe your is the same?

Sadly no, can't wash them coz it's carbon too or something, did hoover it out but made little difference. It's not that filthy so shall keep going atm. Just another rip off! 🙄
