I registered here to ask for your wise and experienced advice. My friend is asthmatic, I’m not. He turns 25 next month, and I decided to gift him an air-purifier. He had one, but it’s gone now.
Which purifier is the best for asthmatics? I know, that there are special air-purifiers for this case, so I need a good one. I've put an eye on the second option from here: houseweather.org/best-air-p... , it's said to be good in case of asthma, and also has good feedback on Amazon. I'll be very grateful for your help!

I personally would not advise an air purifier as some will hydrate the air and other will dehumidify the air which neither in my experience has had adverse reactions and causing an exacerbation. I personally use a small hand held fan which I purchased 2 for under £5.00 at Superdrug. This is my advise some other people may have different opinions
Good notice, but I think purifier is a must-have thing for each asthmatic. At least, my friend is one who got used to it and needs it in everyday life.
Try writing Air Purifiers in the search bar above and you'll see all the old posts with answers. Do the same on the British Lung Foundation forum, there are loads.
A friend has quite bad asthma, also bronchiectasis from birth. She has the Dyson and it improves her life very much.
