Really bad this year. Poor lungs down to 58 percent of estimated capacity

It is awful. I'm newly diagnosed, and feel trapped in my house. It still gets in even if you don't go out doesn't it. I take citirizine hydrochloride, and wonder what affect it is having. I'm hoping things will be better towards the end of July.

My lungs function at 25% to 45% at most all of the time. Because I have small crushed lungs. I still do whatever I need to do and now exercise my lungs daily.
