I use a thin buff (kind of neck gator) over my nose and mouth while in warm up phase. ( a thin scarf might do. I also take a much longer warm up and try and do as much nose breathing as possible. You really have to take a long time over warming up. I find it take my lungs about 20mins to warm up when it’s really cold. If it’s a lot below freezing you might not be able to run if you get badly triggered by cold air. Not sure this will work for you, it’s what I do

Cheers

Using your blue inhaler before you start can help.

I do both of the previous suggestions! Always use my ventolin pre run and use a buff when warming up. I have to admit that through the winter I can still get very wheezy and have the occasional attack after running.Take care
