Hi everyone, I am on fostair for more than one year, I still have daily flare ups and breathless, I had talked with my doctor, so he told this is maximum medication they can give me, not first time he says that, and he is manager of my GP, my peak flow is fine about 600, but I feel daily symptoms and I can’t talk by phone longer because it affects asthma, how can I live with this situation, what can I do?
Thanks

I have noticed important thing about my asthma and I was embarrassed about it, why ejaculation or masturbation trigger asthma, I have noticed that more than 10 year, I am transgender women, but masturbation trigger asthma for at least 2 months and after 2 months my asthma become easy to be managed, is it because copper and zinc definitely, because when ejaculate I think male will lose more vitamins like copper and zinc
It's worth bearing in mind that not all breathing symptoms are asthma related so it could be your daily symptoms are not caused by your asthma and that actually the asthma side of things is ok.
However, if the GP says they can't do anymore then they need to be referring you to a respiratory specialist who can investigate other possible causes of breathlessness alongside asthma investigations.
