Hi as you see in pic when the flashlight is shining at. Is that residue from inhaler or suds from cleaning the spacer and them drying into the tube after leaving it to air dry or was that already there before I used it. How do I remove it.

You don’t remove it. That is a clean spacer.

You might find our page helpful but if your question is very specific, I would recommend looking at the manufacturer’s advice/website, there is also a link to contact them and ask questions if necessary
That appears super clean to me! Give it a wash as instructed by the manufacturer, let it air dry, and you'll be good. Don't agonize over random specks.
