Can anyone recommend a good book on acid reflux issues. I want to try and address the problem with natural remedies and a good diet but if unsuccessful I will resort to medical attentions.

Acid Reflux
Hi, Acid watchers diet is a good book or The complete acid reflux diet plan. Both are pretty cheap on Amazon you may find others on there but those are the two I've used.
I’ve been taking Gaia herbs heartburn tabs. I take 2 a night and they help if I eat after 7pm. I don’t think they’ll help if you have severe reflux but it seems to help me.
Not a book recommendation but for what it’s worth I spent years trying to work out what foods in particular triggered reflux (and ultimately major asthma symptoms). I cut out coffee and it’s had a big influence.
I can also recommend the Acid Watchers Diet but you might also want to take a look at Iqoro, its a Swedish device designed to strengthen your involuntary muscles. It has been approved by the NHS for use by physio's and you can buy one online. I have one, It does work, but you do have to persist for at least 8 weeks before you really see the benefit. You can search for it online. I got one because I really wanted to stop using PPI's and things are a lot better now.
