Today I was outside with work (in a nursery) and my noise started to run. Could it be hayfever already?

Oh! I’ve noticed my ears have been more itchy this week.... strangely my most horrendous symptom. Way worse than the deteriorating asthma.

And a dust cloud thing I think. But that was last week I saw about it and no idea how it was meant to progress...

Your right there is one coming or here. My asthma kicked up as well last night. A cough that wouldn't be silenced by just having a drink of water. Took 6 puffs of Ventolin to quell it.

There are no weather warnings now so who knows....after all we often get those for the UK to be deluged in snow when in fact the Highlands get 2 flakes 😅 but hopefully your chest will settle soon.

Interesting about the advice to drink lots. I get REALLY thirsty when things are on the slide, it’s a sure sign for me that things are deteriorating but I thought it was just me.

Yep. I was outside on Sunday. By the evening I noticed my throat and lungs were twitchy. Now I'm on the pred to calm things down!

Noooooo, that explains yet another flare up. I've had one a month over the last 4 months. I'm absolutely dreading Spring and Summer. I feel meds review coming up.

Yeah, my hayfever often kicks in around now, often the first warning is my asthma getting a bit worse, before the sinus/eye symptoms kick in. I usually end up taking loratadine from now untill September, adding fluticasone spray on the days it gets really gnarly. Here we go... :)
