I have been taking spiriva respimat for several days. My heart is pounding very fast and my whole body is shaking. Did someone have that too? Thanks for all the answers.

Spiriva respimat
I haven't personally had those side effects but this page lists lots of possible effects.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-1648...
If you're concerned maybe call 111 or call your GP on Monday?
If it’s one that contains formoterol as the LABA component then, yes! (For many those effects do lessen over time but, if it’s worrying you or really bad then as Twinkly says, give someone a call). Good luck.
Spiriva is a LAMA as opposed to a combination inhaler containing a LABA. It shouldn't increase the heart rate like the LABAs do but I guess it must have done in some people for it to be listed as a side effect. Tachycardia and palpitations are very common in covid recovery so it could well just be exacerbating that too.
Hi
They are a possible side effect for LAMAs and usually calms down after a few weeks of using it. If things don’t calm down it’s worth seeing your GP/con about switching to an alternative.
Hope this helps
