Improved Air Quality

I am wondering if anyone else has found that during the corona virus an improvement in the quality of the air.

I Live in Doncaster close to the A1 and M18 Interchange, and during the lock down my breathing improved and I was able to sit out in my garden. The lawns were greener, and all my plants including the tomato's grew faster and lasted longer.

British Lung Foundation requested that we contact our local MP via E.Mail which I have done and had a favorable response in that the problems are one of the top items to be brought to parliament.

Looking forward to your comments

This is true the air pollution has risen again in my area [A small unit that detects air pollution is situated on the A1 roundabout and the local council have informed us that it has risen again.

I live near my town's ringroad and the spring was love and quiet, much fresher air. But unfortunately, it's back to normal. We're in tier 2 so no real travel restrictions.

certainly was during the first lockdown when there was very little traffic. I could go for a local walk and not hear the continual whine of traffic on the nearby trunk road. But now the noise is back with a vengeance and has been since the first lockdown ended and my symptoms are back.
