GP changed inhaler from sirdupla to sereflo 2 months ago
Now getting more mucus and my tolerance to exercise
Is significantly reduced
Getting some upper chest discomfort after say 5 minutes of exercise
Any thoughts?

I don't have experience of using either of these but googled them both as I hadn't even heard of Sereflo and they appear to contain exactly the same drug combinations (both the steroid base and the long-acting bronchodilator) so assuming the dose hasn't changed then they are, theoretically, the same thing.
It might be that something else is triggering your asthma but some people do have weird tolerances to certain inhaler mechanisms or brands (weird as in they shouldn't happen when the drugs are the same but they can and do!) so it might be worth discussing it with your GP or AN.
Any change in medication should be reviewed by the doctor, especially after a period of two months, just to ensure that the patient is responding as expected and to address any issues. There must have been a reason for the change in medication so you should discuss the matter with your doctor and explain how the treatment is affecting you. Never struggle on if any medication is not helping as expected.
Unfortunately, getting the right medication is trial and error so regular monitoring by the doctor or asthma nurse is necessary.
