We're calling on parents and carers of children with asthma to contact their child's GP surgery to arrange an annual asthma review, which can often be done remotely, as this will help to make sure their condition is well controlled, and can even cut the risk of an asthma attack.

If your child's asthma routine has slipped, it's time to get back to it-to cut the risk of a hospital admission when the new school term starts. The NHS is open for business and if your child's annual asthma review has been cancelled then contact your GP surgery to reschedule it.

You can find more advice and information in the back to school section of our website->
