12 weeks isolation

Hi

Just an update I have COPD / Asthma crossover have my medication now balanced using trimbow it’s a 3 in 1 inhaler , I was sent home from my workplace a school just over two weeks ago as they said I was high risk ! I have been trying to find out if I am supposed to be isolating for 12 weeks or not as my workplace need to know , I have been told 3 times by my GP surgery that I should be on that list but I have not received a letter yet ! I was told this morning that they are still being sent out and to wait , I am concerned as I don’t know if I will get paid if I cannot produce a letter..

I want to work but I also want to stay safe

I work in a school and agreed with the head I would work from home. I was told that I would continue to get paid. I did get the shielding text in the end. Best thing to do is talk to your head and discuss the best course of action. Mention what the doctor has said.

I have literally just had my letter to isolate for 12 weeks from my dr via email. I rang as my asthma is out of control on prednisone, monteluklast and now Trimbow. They emailed it straight out. I would call up for a phone appointment and ask for it to be emailed across
