Dupimulab (trade name Dupixent)

A friend with severe asthma and eczema has recommended Dupimulab. He says it has improved both his asthma and his eczema. According to Wikipedia this drug is a monoclonal antibody. I have no idea what this means.

I believe my friend has access to the drug through a trial. Has any one tried this drug ? Can you get it on the NHS for eczema ?

It has a similar mechanism to Nucala I think. I'm on Xolair which is similar but targets (and reduces) IgE instead-
