During lunch today, I noticed that I have little tiny spots all over my right hand and up my arm.
After a bit of research, I learned they are called Petechiae, which are blood spots under the skin and are caused by tiny burst blood vessels. They can be distinguished from a rash by pressing on them. A rash goes white when pressed and Petechiae stay unchanged.
After a bit more research, I discovered that they are listed as a “Very rare” symptom of Budesonide, in the Dermatological section. drugs.com/sfx/budesonide-si...
They can also be a symptom of other things such as Leukemia, but I recently started Budesonide and anyway, I feel fine.
Has anyone else had this?
