I am a retired 74 year young ex. accountant. I was diagnosed with asthma ten years ago after a course of beta blockers. Been very stable until just recently and medication has increased to 2 puffs in morning also at night of pink inhaler fostair. Have had an appointment with the surgery asthma nurse who has arranged a further appointment to check whether I need to change medication. I seem to be out of breath and with discomfort more as time goes by.
