☹️ scared
I'm sorry you have to go through this, it is truly the most frightening sensation anyone can feel. I too have been struggling with my asthma lately and went to see many doctors who always think that because my oxygen levels are good and there is no wheezing it means that my breathing is fine. Does the blue inhaler help with your symptoms ?
Hi Shannon phone up Asthma u k they are the experts you can speak to a nurse it once no waiting for an appointment they don't rush you right everything down first and have a list of your meds Good Luck xx😀
same thing with me. Oxygen level 99, no discernible wheezing - But slight cough, tickling when I get a full breath and chest tightness and that horrible fatigue. I use the ER inhaler and it takes about 20 mins to feel not so tight chested. I get so tired (literally and figuratively) going through this each and every day. I was hoping the singulair would work....but... Some days it doesn't. Sigh. Very frustrating.
Hello there, Yep, you are not alone, I am always told my chest is clear, my oxygen is good and I do not wheeze, even when I am very tight chested. What it means for me is that for some reason my asthma is not being controlled adequately, poor preventer inhaler technique was one cause, another was a very slowly building asthma attack, litearally took about 3 days and I did not realize it was happening. As Maryemma suggested speak to the nurses here, they are fantastic. All the very best.
