I can’t offer you any words of wisdom as I haven’t even heard of phemonia I am afraid, but I can wish you well and hope you get to the bottom of what is going on and hope it is brought under control very soon. Unfortunately we all have weak areas of our bodies and for those in this group you can bet that it will be our airways!! A virus I am afraid is more often than not going to set you back. I would think the key is recognising that and seeking help really early on as soon as you get hit by any virus in order to address any issue quickly rather than wait for it to take hold.

I wish you well x
