Hi there,

I am a mother & grandmother (nanny) lol. My friends say that I am kind & thoughtful with a wicked sense of humour, it helps to get me through the day. My hobbies are yoga, reading, walking & listening to music as well as spending time with friends.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia around 7 yrs ago. I have had bad aches & pains for about 25 years to which the doctors would just say that I was an achy person, really!? It was such a relief to finally get a diagnosis to what I was going through.

I started doing hatha yoga around 6 months ago, I have found this to be very beneficial as long as I don't overdo it. I take pregabalin regularly & ibuprofen when it's really bad I have also just started to take cbd capsules which also help.

Would love to hear & chat to others who have this condition & try & help as best I can & maybe have a good old moan about things :-)
