Lower back pain

Physio says it is arthritis in lower back but it radiates around the front in lower abdomen. area. Is this normal.

As this is the AUK page your probs best finding a different page to ask this on.

How if you aren’t sure of the diagnosis of your LBP you can always get a 2nd opinion by visiting an osteopath (my job 😉). They’l have a good look into what’s going on.

If your asthma involves a lot of coughing then you could have some over tight muscles which need lengthening. Suggest McTimony chiropractor. A physio often has no knowledge of the behaviour of over contracted muscles that need to be lengthened out.

sounds more like kidney pain to me! get your GP to check you over.
