Seriously struggling

Hey everyone,

I’ve been having a flare up since mid October with a nebuliser and steroids given yesterday morning at the out of hours doctors. I went to see a nurse practitioner yesterday as the doctor wanted me to go on a reducing dose of steroids but she refused saying the wheeze is now upper respiratory and not everywhere like it had been when I’d been to out of hours- I took 10 puffs every 2 hours since then. I am now sat in the same position as yesterday but don’t know if I should just keep taking 10 puffs because I don’t want to be fobbed off again...

Not really after any advice, just wanted a moan. It’s hard when you know your asthma better than anyone else and they just don’t listen...
