Tiredness after being in hospital

Hello everyone I was in hospital with my asthma for three nights was admitted on 17th Oct I'm just so tired all the time and a bit weepy. I also have bronchiectasis this was diagnosed when I was 11 my asthma diagnosed at 23. I'm on duoresp spyromax salbutamol easyhaler 100 and montilukas

Hi I have bronchiectasis was diagnosed at 22 and asthma diagnosed officially 2 years ago although I had it a lot longer . I’m seretide 250, spiriva. Pyhollocontin, and bass 3mg prednisone but trying to get off that . I try and stay away from sugar and wheat and limit dairy products, try and eat non processed foods . Also take high vitamin d with k2 mk7 and magnesium . Had one infection since January so I’m pretty vitamins help

I get very tired but u will feel it more if getting over an infection . Since taking vitamins I have a lot more energy

I think you have to be kind to yourself. You have a serious condition which is exhausting and it is depressing to be laid low by it when there is so much you want to do. You've been ok before and you will be again, but give yourself time to recover - don't try to speed it up! If you get well properly now, you can get control of your lungs again, but if you rush it, you'll be ill again too soon. Relax for now (well, as much as you can) and try to think a bit positively. :)
