Hi,
I was really lucky, if you can call it that. I was in hospital already following an asthma attack and a junior doctor picked up on the fact that I was unusually sleepy during the day and making funny noises in the back of my throat too. I had just assumed it was stuff related to my Neuro problems but they decided as I was in hospital anyway to stick a recordable sats monitor on me and it showed just the few hours of sleep i had there was over a hundred apnoea episodes, which explained why I was so tired constantly. I was given a cpap machine the next day. It took a while to adjust but I wouldn't be without it now.
I hope you get it tested soon, as there is nothing worse than being so exhausted all the time. It makes living with all the health issues even more challenging. I have several and my daughter has chronic fatigue syndrome at the moderate to severe end alongside all of her conditions too so life is certainty taken one day at a time at the moment.
Good luck and lots of love and hugs
