Is anyone else feeling cold this afternoon? I not sure if I am starting with a virus as I have been sleepy all day. Or whether it is a side affect of coming off steroid inhalers? My breathing and peak flow is doing well I am holding an even regular blow morning and night.
Continuing to take a Preventer during a cold when you need a Reliever 
I just want to know, is it just me?
Sleeping in hot weather without opening the window 
Chronic Sinusitis from Allergies- what other treatment is there aside nasal steroids?
Asthma Drs do they know.
