Never ending cough

I’ve had a cough for eight weeks now. Have had three rounds of antibiotics one of steroids, chest X-ray showing nothing along with CT span, spit test all showing clear. Have been on medicine for COPD which made me sick but no phelm and now on reflex and hay fever tabs whilst breathing on two colours of asthma spray. Am at the end of tether-and suggestions

Coughing bouts can be so tiring.

Presumably you saw a doctor after the tests. Have they suggested what could be causing the cough? If you have hayfever is it possibly linked to an allergy? Is it likely to be linked to COPD as all your tests are clear? In which case I wonder if the British Lung Foundation might be a good resource for you to get advice?

Try breathing exercises or Pilates as the cough may become a habit
