Anyone know best way to help steroid myopathy?

I have this in my shoulder6s and neck and at times find sleeping impossible. Any suggestions?

Hi Gwen , I found prednisone caused terrible insomnia . I also found that my body is very sensitive to the drug and responds well at much lower doses than prescribed , with as little as one sixth of the dose being affective . This then reduces the subsequent side affects .

Thank you I am in the middle of reducing my steroids been on them for 20 plus years

Then as you know , there are serious side affects associated with their long term use , so hope this works for you .
