Montelukast causing liver damage

Has anyone ever had any liver complications, due to montelukast?

Welcome to the forum, I asked the Asthma UK nurse team about this and they mentioned because there have been a few reports in people with perhaps a predisposition or already damaged liver. There are also other research which shows that it can possibly help in some inflammatory/obstructive liver disease so it's a bit difficult to say anything for certainty.
