No doctors file and also on consultant notes, just found out that I've not got any allergies to set asthma off

You don’t have to , I had allergy test came back negative, But i think a sensitivity can be a cause or stress! If it were me I’d want to know more a visit to your Drs again it’s your right to have an explanation.

Thanks on my records it says under bronco asthma, anxiety and depression. I will no doubt be at doctors this week so I will ask. Thanks again.

Whilst you're there, you might also ask about suitable medication because any sort of asthma, however caused, ought to be controlled.
