I went Colchester hospital yesterday and he said that to him my breathing was fine and that if I felt my pumps wasn't working to goto tell my nurse about a nebulizer speak to her about one and I no she won't and still get out of breath doing nothing and walking short distance

Seems odd to suggest you need a nebuliser if your breathing is fine. However, in spite of what you think she is going to say, you should make an appointment to see her and talk through your worries and how you feel. She may have better ideas.
