Steam Inhalers

Hi Folks,

Who has used a steam inhaler to help clear mucus? I have been looking at Mabis and Gurin ones online but they only seem to be available in the USA.

I am 64 years old and have been using Seretide 250 (2 x puffs twice daily) for many years plus salbutamol.

All thoughts/views/experiences very welcome.

Thanks.

I have used steam inhaler just a basic one where you put hot water and inhale you can put olbas oil in but it can be a little strong for some.

I've had the worse ever chest infection due to have xray to see if it's pneumonia or not.

The wheezing is driving me crazy but have found good results from steam

Hope that helps

Thank you very much for your reply, I've also been looking into Himalayan salt inhalers, it sounds interesting. I hope you are feeling better soon.
