One congested lung

Hi all , new to this, I'm 34 , have suffered with asthma most of my life , the last 12 odd months My right lung has felt congested , I cough up mucus and good to go again for a while , then repeat . Also slight pain around lung , I've also got post nasal drip constantly , anybody else suffer with this ? Cheers all

I am 32, I had childhood asthma which went and came back only in June along with hay fever and I have absolutely no control over it despite inhalers and anti hestiamines - I have a post nasal drip, loads of mucuous which, like you, I cough up and then repeat after a while. And coughing it up causes me to strain and sometimes there is blood in my mucus because of the straining.

I have really bad sinuses which adds to it.

I don't have any advice just sympathy x

I no wat u mean lol , it's a constant pain , my nose is running all day , straight down my throat , it's making me feel quite weak aswell , plus very annoyed !!

Yep! I am taking two anti hestiamines a day which does nothing! Im thinking of trying the sinus rinse as I am convinced most of my coughing is caused from the post nasal drip! I'm not sure how one person can produce so much mucus!!!!

My doctor put me on Neil Med Sinus rinse and dymista nasal spray.

I use the Neil Med Sinus Rinse too when I am bad. I don't do it all the time though because it gives me headaches.

Hi richie. I am 32yo female and dealing with the same symptoms. Did you ever figure out what this is? My right is so uncomfortable I dont know what to do anymore.
