Any ideas?

I have had asthma for 4 years. It has got progressively worse. I’m now stage 4. I’m making changes to my home. I have an air purifier coming. I’m looking at my bedding now. Can anyone recommend bedding which may help?

I just use plain cotton sheets and a one tog duvet that I wash on a hot wash daily to kill any nasties. Sometimes I put them in the freezer instead to freeze the nasties.

Do you know what type of asthma you have?.

I have only had asthma for around 4 years, but I’ve been told it’s now stage 4.
