Tight chest , itchy chin and blocked nose

For a about a year now I have had breathing problems , tight chest , wheezing and very blocked nose , I have had all the tests and apparently there is nothing wrong but it does not feel like it , I am convinced I have asthma because it gets so bad I feel I can only just breath , I was wondering if any one had any tips and Halp from nasal medication and also asthma help , I also get a really itchy chin when it flares up badly.

Yes! this is the 1st time anyone has mentioned itchy chin and mine used to really bug me. When you say 'all the tests' you may not actually mean all. I suggest you talk to the Asthma nurse at asthma.org.uk and/or blf.org.uk also has a helpline. You may not have asthma, but you may have another condition and they should be able to help you.

Don't give up - keep digging and pestering until you get some answers.

Our nurse team suggest speaking to your doctor about your blocked nose, as a nasal spray could be useful.
