Hello is there anyway I can get rid of this stinking cold my nose is now really blocked,I'm stressing,last night I had real bad headache and my eyes felt like they was gonna fall out I took paracetamol and its help my head/eyes just my cold x

There is no cure for a cold Shannon. You can help ease it but you can't make it go any quicker.

Hi Shannon,

You could try Neil med nasal rinsing. You can buy the kit in boots. It takes a while to get the hang of, but can really help get rid of blocked sinuses and nose.

It won't get rid of the cold though. Hope you feel better soon

Hi Shannon, hope you are feeling a bit better this morning. You could try steaming a few times a day to see if this helps to clear your sinuses a bit. Hope congestion clears and the pain subsides. X
