I have eczema and asmah and i believe giving up lactose helped both, it took me maybe nearly ten years to discover this . I recently started drinking milkshakes and in no time i was using ventolin 5-6 + times a day so stopped and im now back to about once aday. Two or three years ago i went onto salmeterol and that helped a lot too. Obviously everyones different but some people may have the same problem with lactose as me so hope this helps somebody
