Hope everyone is ok today with the very high pollen count they are forecasting. I have woken up feeling it this morning, still off to do a rounders tournament in a massive field. Let's hope this doesn't end in an a&e visit.

Just take your hay fever and asthma meds double up if necessary

Thank you. Yeah I do that quite often. Did end up in a&e yesterday and paying for it today. My lungs can get quite twitchy. Xx
Yep Pollen always brings problem, adjusting the dosage sound perfect
