My sisters asthma

Sorry to hear that. If she's taken 3 in 45 minutes and it's not working you do need to call after hours medical attention now. Try to remain calm and she can also do her breathing exercise. It's best to get ahead of these things.
Sorry, only just seen message. Hope you got her to the out of your GP, if not get her seen now,NOW.
my sister update. I rang 111 for her and they sent ambulance for her.
sorry just read this
do hope she is ok
please keep us updated
best wishes
they have just let her come home. Gave her steroids. She has to take 8 tablets for 5 days. She still isn't well though.
I am glad she is getting better. It sounds like you did the right thing. Maybe talk to her and get her a bit of counseling if it was the first time she had to ride an ambulance. I've seen from other posts on these forums that it can be quite alarming, particularly since asthma is one of those things you can be having it bad but can walk and talk others don't understand and it's kind of embarrass
they do take a little time to kick in but should help
if she has another pump apart from the blue one she can up her intake of that to two to three times a day

I know this happened 2 months ago but make sure she never uses that much of a dosage. I used to have 10 puffs for a bad asthma attack and a when it came to a small one it had ran out and my dad had to get emergency inhalers.
