Mine lungs are grumpy today too. I put it down to the rain, pollen, air pressure, and humidity, Visiting family who have a damp house, so not good. Won't be here for !ong. It does get me down when the only place you can feel reasonable is in your home where you can control these to a certain extent. Got Ventolin nebs with me, just in case, together with my emergency pack. Hope your lungs calm down soon.

Yea I think mines due to he weather and the air out there not good today everyone I have spoke to with breathing problems has said they r suffering today hope it passes soon x

Tracye, I am in Norman, Oklahoma. We are having bad storms headed towards us. Possible hail size of baseball & Tornado warnings. Hope you are able to stay out of hospital 😘

Hi Tracey. Weather definitely something to do with it. My hayfever and sinus are also really bad at the moment and scared it will go onto my chest. Got some antibiotics at the ready in case it gets any worse. Started taking antihistamine as well. Hate allergies as every allergy test I have I get the same old thing "you are allergic to tree and grass pollen!!" Err - yes I know!

Hi yea same u got hospital appointment today for my wrist and I'm already puffing my eldest son coming with me and we making a day of it going to town for lunch etc so just going to make the most of it take all the tablets and hope for the best x
