Pls help guys

I stated using flutiform inhaler 250mcg/10mcg inhaler last night due to my copd,i felt spasm,dry mouth and throat,little headache,how will i get rid of this synthoms,what shall i do ?

Sorry I don't know COPD. You can wash your mouth out after taking it. Stay well hydrated. You could switch to Fostair but I'm not sure if there is any difference for COPD. Or Qvar + Seretide. Some times you can be more sensitive to one ICS or LABA than another it's trial and error.

Whatever you do don't suddenly stop the medicaiton your side effects are much better than not being able to breathe. Best of luck.
